Hair Chapter is a small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you.

When you book an appointment with Hair Chapter they guarantee you time and appoint a professional to take care of your needs.

Our goal at Hair Chapter is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
  • If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hrs notice, a cancellation fee is required.
  • If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, A cancellation fee is charged and you may be required to pay a deposit for your future appointment.
  • If a booking is held with a gift voucher, and has a late cancellation, 50% of the gift voucher value is forfeited.
  • In case of a gift voucher no-show, 100% is forfeited.
  • In the event of Hair Chapter is needing to change in less than 24 hrs notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.
